Our Policies
In order to maintain a relaxing and peaceful environment we ask that you please not bring cell phones, pagers, or small children into the salon.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Not showing for your appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

For Skin care, we ask that 24 hour notice be given for a cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge of 50% of the price of the scheduled service. “No Show” will be charged full service. First time services require a credit card to hold a reservation. For late arrivals we must shorten your treatment time if your are late for your appointment in order to remain on schedule for all of our clients. The normal fee for the treatment will remain the same. Skin care treatments are offered in quiet private rooms with relaxation and tension release emphasized. We ask that you refrain from bringing children into the salon unless they are receiving services.

Salon.Calm accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, and Personal checks. There will be a $20 processing fee for any returned checks.

Gift certificates are nonrefundable and must be presented at Salon.Calm at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen Certificates are not refundable, replaced nor valid.
